We handle the visa applications for your whole team from start to finish, including direct communication with the embassy. You send us passports and details, we chase the paperwork and the approvals. If a country needs an interview or a follow-up call, that call is ours to make, not yours.

Depending on your package, that is either a calm, covered rooftop office a short walk from where you are staying, or a private rooftop office right by the beach inside the resort itself, plus plenty of other spaces on-site whenever someone wants a change of scenery.

I began my career as a recruiter and headhunter more than 25 years ago, and I still love the work today. During a meeting in Bulgaria, I met Mihail Stavrev. We discovered shared interests and spent hours brainstorming a new proposition. Drawing on Mihail's experience working across multiple locations worldwide - and the recurring challenges he'd seen first-hand - we spotted an opportunity to do things better. That insight became Hubstead.

Along the way, I saw a recurring pattern: people craved not just remote freedom, but meaningful environments to live and work better. Ironically, I met Patrick when I was back in my home country. What began as a simple conversation turned into hours of brainstorming around how work, lifestyle, and culture could blend seamlessly.
